La técnica del stop-motion viene utilizándose en el cine mucho más tiempo del que te imaginas. Sí, las primeras películas que utilizan esta técnica se remontan a los primeros años del siglo XX y hasta llegar a nuestros días se ha mejorado infinitamente este tipo de animaciones. No obstante, la base es la misma, un vídeo grabado frame a frame para dar vida a objetos inanimados, crear personajes fantásticos o generar efectos especiales que no se podrían grabar con una cámara al uso.
Para hacer un repaso a la historia de esta técnica cinematográfica, Vugar Efendi ha creado este vídeo en el recopila la evolución del stop-motion desde 1900 hasta el día de hoy. 116 años de historia resumidos en 3 minutos a través de películas míticas como “King Kong” (1933), “Robocop” (1987), “Pesadilla Antes de Navidad” (1993), “Evasión en la granja” (2000), varias entregas de “Star Wars” o la recién estrenada “Kubo y las dos cuerdas mágicas”.
